As a graphic designer I work individually and in cooperation with
Piet Schreuders.
I share my studio at the Brouwersgracht with Odilo Girod, Martin Fondse and Martijn Grootendorst.

artwork "Transcendental man"

The artwork for my new CD was done in collaboration with photographer Eddo Hartmann. Eddo shot some amazing pictures of me and Ken Stringfellow in his studio based on scetches I had made. Together we collected old magazine pictures to make collages and create the surreal world of the "Transcendental Man". Here are the results (Click to enlarge):

A catchy christmas

I wrote a song called "Don't say Goodbye At Christmas Time" for this Christmas album by BASTA MUSIC
It was dedicated to my dear cousin Joost van Hamel who passed away in Januari 2008.
Also, I did the cover design, including the paintings on cardboard, for this cd.

Chalet Georges-Maurices 1909-2009 A history of a Swiss chalet, built in 1909 by Spring Frères for Dutch author Arnold Aletrino and his wife Jupie van Stockum. The chalet has been kept in its original state by his relatives and their descendants, the Van Hamel family. It is located in Chernex near Montreux, Switzerland.
